Here's our 1943 Retroactive Hugo Awards Finalist list. I've been digging online to find links to free versions of these works, and will update as I find more!
UPDATED 4/8 - thank you to Carla H. and Nicholas Whyte for tracking down almost all of the works I was originally missing! Note: Nicholas Whyte has very detailed lists which includes both these free sites AND for-sale volumes where you can find these stories, here for two of the novels and the novellas, here for the novelettes, and here for the short stories.

DeleteHi Kat, that version of Etaoin Shrdlu taht you have linked to is in Spanish! There is an English version here: http://you-books.com/book/F-Brown/Etaoin-Shrdlu
ReplyDeleteThat is really weird! I could swear it was English when I first found it. Thank you so much, Nicholas, I'll update the post!
DeleteHi Kat! I found all but one of the short story, novelette, and novellas, plus two on the novels, in their original pulp-magazine versions online via the Pulp Magazine Archive collection at the Internet Archive. If you send an e-mail to me at cdh 2060 (all one word) at gmail dot com, I'd be happy to send you a formatted Word doc containing the links so you can add them your original post.
